Torrontés grapes are left on the vines after the harvest to raisin, after which a gentle press takes place followed by a long fermentation, followed by partial (20%) maturation for 3 months in new French oak. This exciting, rare dessert wine retains all the exotic charm of Torrontés and simultaneously takes on a whole new spectrum of complex flavours and aromas from sugared rose petals to candied cirtus fruits to mandarin preserve. A delectable, totally natural sweet wine.
